Topper Shutt is an American television personality and Chief Meteorologist. Shutt currently serves as the Chief Meteorologist for WUSA 9 in Washington, D.C, and forecaster for WHUR-FM since 1988. He appears on weekdays on WUSA TV channel 9 at 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm & 11 pm newscasts, as well as throughout the day and night during all major weather events affecting the region.
